We would like to acknowledge the mentorship that the presenters have received from their faculty advisors — thank you for encouraging and supporting gender scholars! We would also like to thank the faculty members of the ND and SMC programs who have graciously chaired panels.

We are grateful for the superb coordination provided by Harriet Baldwin and the staff of the Academic Conferences Office, who have overseen the logistics of planning this weekend’s event.

And we owe a particular note of gratitude to Linnie Caye, Program Coordinator of the Notre Dame Gender Studies Program, whose invaluable, behind-the-scenes assistance has made the planning process so enjoyable because it has been so smooth, and who has enabled us to spotlight the work of the scholars presenting at the conference. Thank you for all that you have done — especially designing our poster!
