Trailblazing Women

Join our Fulbright Foreign Language Teaching Assistants (FLTAs) and learn more about some of the trailblazing women who have made significant impacts around the world. This is the fourth and final CUPPA (Connections, Understanding, Perspectives, Play, Accompaniment) event of the 2024-25 academic year. As always, we'll have a brief presentation led by our hosts, followed by plenty of time for snacks, activities, games, and conversation!

FLTA Event Hosts:
Giovanna Rizzo Fonseca (Brazil)
Nora Schlosser (Germany)
Angella Ida (Kenya)

These FLTAs hail from three different continents and will share their knowledge and experience about women from their nations or regions who have broken the glass ceiling, made history, and changed lives. This CUPPA event highlights the unity of diverse voices and the impact of pioneering women in transforming societal norms and expectations.

Snacks and beverages from presenters' host countries will be provided, so please join us for this final CUPPA event of the academic year.
