To kick off Spring 2019, Irish 4 Reproductive Health, the Gender Studies Program of Notre Dame, and Saint Mary's Department of Gender and Women's Studies invite you to join us for a viewing and discussion of the documentary Reversing Roe on January 22--the 46th anniversary of the historic Supreme Court decision, Roe v. Wade.

Tuesday, January 22
5:00 pm-7:30 pm
155 Debartolo Hall

The documentary illustrates the circumstances that led to Roe v. Wade, the political controversies that arose in its wake, and the challenges to accessing abortion care in the U.S. that continue up to the present day.

Following the film, ND Professors Pam Butler (Gender Studies), Karen Graubart (History), Dianne Pinderhughes (Political Science & Africana Studies), and Christina Wolbrecht (Political Science) will offer their comments on the documentary and the issues it raises.

This event is free and open to the public. Please spread the word to your friends, students, and colleagues!
