Majors/Minors: Finance Major, Gender Studies Minor
Gender Studies at Notre Dame has opened up an incredible community here that has taught me the importance of understanding, acceptance, and new perspective. My GS courses have added a great deal to my learning here, very different from my business classes -- a great break from the monotony of finance or accounting courses. Through Gender Studies, I have taken some of my most fun classes, as well as my most intellectually challenging. I have been able to meet fantastic professors and great friends. I think of my Gender Studies minor as a resource to me, something that is invaluable to not only my experience as a student, but also as a gift to my experience as a human.
