Majors/Minors: Neuroscience and Gender Studies (double major)
My name is Becca Fritz, and I'm a graduating senior finishing up a double major in Neuroscience and Gender Studies. After coming to Notre Dame as a Neuroscience major, I am so grateful to have found Gender Studies in the beginning of my sophomore year. Gender Studies has allowed me to meet the most incredible students and professors at Notre Dame, and the community in the program is unmatched. Gender Studies also provided me with funding - through the Boehnen Summer Internship Grant - to complete a summer internship, during which I worked for a domestic violence advocacy non-profit in Washington, D.C.
After graduation, I plan to teach English in South Korea with Chung Dahm Learning for a year. I'm looking forward to this next big adventure, and will be forever thankful for my time as a student in the Gender Studies Program!
